ENERGY

The vitamins C, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Pantothenic acid, Biotin, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12, as well as the minerals Calcium, Magnesium, Copper, and Manganese, contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Biotin, Zinc, and Chromium contribute to normal macronutrient metabolism. Zinc also contributes to normal carbohydrate and fatty acid metabolism.
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
