Iron Now Included in BIOGENA ONE
One of the most significant updates is the integration of iron into the formula. The trace element is provided through curry leaf extract, delivering 2.1 mg of iron per daily serving. This is particularly relevant, as studies show that iron deficiency can affect up to 25% of the population in Central Europe.

Higher Levels of Vitamin D and Coenzyme Q10 in BIOGENA ONE

- The vitamin D content has been increased from 25 µg to 50 µg per sachet, equivalent to 2000 IU or 1000% NRV per daily serving. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function.*
- The amount of coenzyme Q10 has also been increased. The new version now contains 40 mg of ubiquinol (KANEKA Ubiquinol™) per sachet — the active form of coenzyme Q10 that can be directly utilized by the body. Coenzyme Q10 plays a key role in mitochondrial energy production and also acts as an important antioxidant at the cellular level.
