Terms & Conditions – BIOGENA ONE x dean&david Giveaway

1. Organizer

The organizer of the giveaway is:

2. Participation Period

3. Eligibility

All natural persons aged 18 or older and residing within the EU are eligible to participate.

Participation is achieved by fully completing and submitting the BIOGENA ONE x dean&david giveaway entry form within the participation period.

Only one participation per person is permitted.

4. Prize

The following prizes will be awarded:

One annual supply consists of:
1x BIOGENA ONE Starterbundle
11× BIOGENA ONE 30-day boxes.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random.

The winners will be notified via the email address provided within the survey.

If a winner does not respond within 7 days after notification, BIOGENA reserves the right to select a replacement winner.

6. Exclusion from the Giveaway

BIOGENA reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway if:

these terms and conditions are violated
false information is provided
attempts are made to improperly influence the giveaway process

This includes in particular:

automated entries
multiple entries by the same person
technical or organizational manipulation attempts

7. Data Protection

Within the scope of the giveaway, personal data (e.g. name and email address) will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the giveaway.

As this giveaway is organized in cooperation with dean&david, the personal data provided as part of the participation (e.g. name and email address) may also be shared with dean&david for the purpose of administering the giveaway, contacting the winner, and, where applicable, sending marketing communications, provided the participant has given the required consent.
