BIOGENA ONE Flex Subscription Giveaway

1. Organizer

The organizer of the giveaway is:

(hereinafter referred to as “BIOGENA” or “Organizer”)

2. Participation Period

The giveaway starts on Oktober 31, 2026 and ends on November 02, 2026, at 11:59 PM (CET).

The winner will be determined by November 04, 2026.

3. Eligibility

All natural persons aged 18 or older and residing within the EU are eligible to participate.
To participate, a person must newly take out a BIOGENA ONE Flex subscription at biogena-one.com within the participation period.
Only one participation per person is permitted, even if several subscriptions are taken out.
Employees of BIOGENA and their relatives are excluded from participation.

4. Prize

A total of 10 prizes will be awarded.
🎁 10× the second delivery of the BIOGENA ONE Flex subscription free of charge

The prize consists of the waiver of payment for the second delivery (first renewal) of the subscription concluded within the participation period. The prize is granted by applying a discount to the winner’s existing subscription.

The prize lapses if the subscription is cancelled, paused or withdrawn from before the second delivery is processed. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible participants.

The winners will be notified via the email address stored in their customer account.

6. Exclusion from the Giveaway

BIOGENA reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway if:

these terms and conditions are violated
false information is provided
attempts are made to improperly influence the giveaway process

This includes in particular:

automated entries
multiple entries by the same person
technical or organizational manipulation attempts

7. Data Protection

Within the scope of the giveaway, personal data (e.g. name and email address) will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the giveaway.

As this giveaway is organized in cooperation with dean&david, the personal data provided as part of the participation (e.g. name and email address) may also be shared with dean&david for the purpose of administering the giveaway, contacting the winner, and, where applicable, sending marketing communications, provided the participant has given the required consent.
