Terms & Conditions – BIOGENA ONE Mother’s Day Giveaway

1. Organizer

The organizer of the giveaway is:

(hereinafter referred to as “BIOGENA” or “Organizer”)

2. Participation Period

The giveaway starts on May 6, 2026 and ends on May 10, 2026, at 11:59 PM (CET).

The winner will be determined on May 11, 2026.

3. Eligibility

Participation is open to all natural persons aged 18 or older residing within the European Union.

Participation takes place via Instagram by:

  • Following the account @biogena.one
  • Liking the giveaway post
  • Commenting on the post with a response to the following:
    • What you would like to do with your mother on Mother’s Day, or
    • As a mother: a tip for a meaningful and enjoyable Mother’s Day activity

Multiple comments are allowed but do not automatically increase the chances of winning.

4. Prize

The following prize will be awarded:

  • 1x 6 months supply of BIOGENA ONE for you
  • + 6 months supply of BIOGENA ONE for your mother (or a person of your choice)

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be determined as follows:

  • First, the 10 comments with the highest number of likes will be identified
  • From these, BIOGENA will select 1 final winner

The winner will be notified on May 11, 2026 via Instagram Direct Message (DM).

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, BIOGENA reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Exclusion from the Giveaway

BIOGENA reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway if:

  • they violate these terms and conditions
  • they provide false information
  • they attempt to manipulate the giveaway process

This includes in particular:

  • the use of automated systems (e.g., bots)
  • coordinated or manipulated like/comment activities
  • any other form of technical or organizational manipulation

7. Data Protection

Personal data (e.g., Instagram handle, name, and contact details if applicable) will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway.

If additional data (e.g., email address) is collected via Manychat, this will only be done based on the participant’s explicit consent.

8. Disclaimer

BIOGENA is not liable for technical disruptions, failures, or delays beyond its control that may affect participation in the giveaway.

9. Changes & Early Termination

BIOGENA reserves the right to modify, adapt, or terminate the giveaway at any time for important reasons, if necessary.

10. Release from Instagram / Meta

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

The recipient of the information provided by participants is BIOGENA, not Instagram or Meta.

11. Legal Recourse

Legal recourse is excluded.
